About the role
- Selling off the plan properties to meet sales targets
- Leverage your network of personal and professional contacts
- Attend qualified lead meetings where you will tailor investment property options
- Build rapport with clients to see their visions and long term goals
- Relationship management and assisting clients with decision making
- Work closely with BDE and Sales coach
- Represent the brand with meeting prospects and site visits
- Follow up inbound leads
About you
- Track record of success in off the plan sales
- Excellent presentation and communication
- Customer centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and apart of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Drivers licence
