Our client is a multi-office real estate business in Greater Western Sydney who recognise that Property Management is critical to their success and as such really value and appreciate their PM team and the hard work they do.
Led by a Director who built their own career in Property Management (not sales ) they really understand the challenges PM's face so they make sure their PM department are really well supported from an admin and leasing perspective and only require them to work Monday to Friday. They are also at the forefront of technology and have efficient systems and procedures.
Due to growth in their portfolio they are seeking to appoint a Senior Property Manager/ Property Manager to work alongside a team of fun, dedicated and talented individuals who love that they do.

The Position
In the role of Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 180 residential properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct inspections
- Manage repair and maintenance requests
- Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings
- Minimise rental arrears
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ideally residing in Greater Western Sydney
