Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience as an ICT Engineer or similar role, demonstrating compliance with ANZSCO standards.
- Solid understanding of networking, server administration, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Task & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Analyzing user requirements and designing functional specifications for ICT systems.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components of ICT systems, ensuring alignment with ANZSCO standards.
- Managing network infrastructure, servers, and security systems, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.
- Conducting regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve ICT issues promptly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ICT systems with business processes.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance ICT system reliability and security.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending upgrades or modifications to existing systems.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users on ICT systems and applications.
- Log and resolve incidents and requests, and manage IT outages and disruptions.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect network systems and data.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
