- Manage a portfolio of 250+ properties with support
- Process and follow up all maintenance orders
- Prepare and attend QCAT
- Issue leases & manage arrears
- Attend owner meetings
- Upload rental listings online
- Tenant sign-ups
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- 2+ years Property Management experience
- A current certificate of registration is essential
- A valid driver's license
- Strong Communication skills
- Immaculately presented
- Previous experience using Property ME software highly regarded
