About the Role

The IT Support Coordinator will assist with a range of administrative activities within our Digital Strategy and Services team, including budget tracking, assignment of technology assets to users and supporting users with asset related issues.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and track budgets and understand status against forecast on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate all purchasing activities for the department from quoting, approvals, order placement & invoicing.
  • Coordinate licence renewals, subscriptions and service agreements for software, hardware & services
  • Manage IT asset registers and inventory to ensure devices are ordered and replaced on a regular basis
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure they are current and relevant
  • Provide a range of other administrative support activities to support the team

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous administrative experience in an IT operational, service-based position
  • Sound knowledge of Service Delivery contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), as well as previous experience with SAP or a similar financial system
  • Strong customer service orientation, combined with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • A basic understanding of financial budgetary principles and process would be advantageous
