Role: Partnerships Officer
Hourly Rate: $51.26 + Super
Initial Contract Length: Until 7 June 24 (high chance of extensions)
Location: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex
The Role:
Support the Partnerships team in researching and identifying prospective partnership opportunities, cultivating and stewarding partnerships, and coordinating partner events. Provide administrative and business support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing partnership initiatives and strategies to secure funding and support for projects.
- Conduct research on prospective partners and assist in cultivation planning.
- Coordinate partner events and represent the Trust at industry gatherings to network and identify new opportunities.
- Draft high-quality grant applications and partnership proposals.
- Maintain information management systems to track partner and donor information, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide business and financial administrative support, including budget monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate activities contributing to enhanced partnership outcomes, including tracking partner benefits.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team during peak campaign periods and events.
About You:
- Business development experience with a proven track record.
- Corporate relationship management skills.
- Research and analysis abilities.
- Event coordination experience.
- High-level customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM databases.
