Secure Parking is the largest commercial car park operator in Australia and New Zealand and we're looking for a sales manager to drive new business and grow our existing portfolio of more than 650 car parks.

About the role
Are you a commercially savvy professional who understands how to maximise returns on property assets? As Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying growth and profit opportunities for our Australia car parks. You'll understanding pricing models and develop pricing strategies to maximise yield and revenue. You will also work with our Marketing team to develop strategies to build customer loyalty and increase usage. You'll also have a good understanding of when to make pricing changes in order to boost car park revenue. You'll have strong business acumen and exceptional relationship building skills as you'll be working closely with our clients and other external stakeholders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement strategies that deliver highest yield for each asset as well as the overall portfolio
- Monitor daily and monthly car park targets and initiate action if targets are not being met
- Prepare and recommend quarterly plans for cost reduction initiatives
- Deliver on business development opportunities
- Conduct lease renewals & negotiations with landlords
- Manage key stakeholder/service provider partnerships to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and on budget
- Undertake market reviews on pricing and competitor offers
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years' experience in property management in a retail or commercial environment, managing a multi-site portfolio
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and experience in client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Prior experience in strategic account management
- A track record in contract and project management
- Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills
