Your new company is an Australian manufacturer of cleaning products based in NW Adelaide. They are seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role as Office Administrator will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Enter sales orders
- Support the production team with preparation of labels
- Customer quotes
- Administration support to Directors
- Liaise with finance regarding overdue invoices
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:
- Ability to work 0730 - 5
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Possess a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
