Your new role
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and member experiences. You will lead the charge in implementing process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies like Visual Management, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and integrating technology to transform processes and member experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to:
- Generate early momentum by executing the first continuous improvement initiative, delivering tangible benefits to establish business support for the program.
- Develop a prioritised backlog of initiatives aimed at ongoing efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Embed a fit-for-purpose continuous improvement framework into the organisation’s operations.
- Build continuous improvement capabilities across business leaders and teams.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in establishing and leading continuous improvement programs, preferably within the financial services sector.

A track record of developing a continuous improvement framework tailored to organisational culture and opportunities.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of guiding teams through change and ensuring the adoption of a continuous improvement mindset.

Hands-on involvement in delivering improvement outcomes in collaboration with leadership teams.
