The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business acquisition and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- 70% of diary will be booked meetings from the SDR team, 30% self-generated business
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
- Tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of prospective clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably with field based new business experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
