The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business acquisition and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • 70% of diary will be booked meetings from the SDR team, 30% self-generated business
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of prospective clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably with field based new business experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine hunter mentality to drive new business
  • An ability to tailor a solution to individual client
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Resilience and determination to overcome challenges
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value
