About You:

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details) or willingness to enrol.
  • Willingness to study Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules) through our RTO.
  • Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
  • Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
  • Availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
