The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in reporting and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including key clients.
Duties include:
Half and Full year statutory reporting
Compile monthly management accounting group reporting for ACT business
Calculate and monitor AASB15 compliance
Budget preparation ACT operations and detailed fortnightly forecast
Liaising with operational department with regards to working capital requirements
Preparing and compiling BAS reporting
Identify enhancements for current processes, such as implementing a cloud-based system for lease-based accounting and migrating ERP systems.
Month end journal entries for management accounts
Manage a team of four
Skills
CA/CPA qualified
A minimum of 8 years' experience in a commercial role with people management
Proven experience in complex stakeholder management and competing deadlines
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working for listed companies
Advanced Excel for analysis and manipulation of large data sets
