Description:

Your opportunity:
- Manage and advise on complex conduct and performance matters, including for senior public servants under the Framework for oversight of senior public service employee complaints devolved by the Crime and Corruption Commission
- Work in a small, dynamic team to foster meaningful collaborations with external and internal stakeholders, guiding the creation and implementation of sector-wide policies to enhance the public sector workforce's efficiency, performance, conduct, and policy understanding.
- Assess data and trends to design effective solutions for managing performance and conduct while mentoring team members in their understanding of legislative and policy frameworks within the public sector, including delivering comprehensive HR briefings, and actively engaging in inter-departmental and inter-governmental collaboration

About you:
- You will be an outcome-focussed leader with practical experience in providing advice to leaders in the public sector on a variety of human resources or employee relations matters
- You will have strong relationship management skills and confidence in facilitating conversations with a wide-range of stakeholders across state government agencies, assisting in finding solutions to complex problems
- You will be interested in finding policy and legislative solutions to improving the way the public sector works
