Description:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for bulk material handling projects.
- Utilise project management software and tools to create and maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and progress tracking.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project delays or challenges.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and identify deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support project managers in the identification and resolution of issues related to project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
