Conduct recruitment activities such as resume screenings and interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs and update job descriptions accordingly.Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and offering ongoing support.
Provide administrative assistance to the People & Culture team.Innovate and enhance the hiring process continually, striving for fairness, efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal and territorial hiring regulations.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People & Culture Manager to enhance employer branding.
Assist in implementing initiatives to strengthen the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support talent attraction and retention strategies.
What you will need : In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of WHS safety regulations and procedures.Industry experienceBachelor's degree, or qualification in Human Resource Management.
