Calling all fish and reptile lovers, this internal sales role is for you! Office based in Brookfield - lots of parking on site.
THE CLIENT:Our client stands at the forefront of live food, aquarium plants, and fish production, operating advanced facilities in leafy Brookfield. Weekly, they supply premium products to retail shops and zoos across Australia, guaranteeing a consistent and reliable supply throughout the year
THE ROLE:
With over 150 species of offer, your passion for fish and reptiles will shine in this role. You will use your customer service and sales skills to excel by engaging weekly with your existing customer base in addition to new prosects, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for all thing aquatic!
Your day to day will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to existing customers, follow up of orders with the aim to upsell and cross sell product
- Reach out to customers from other areas of the business to expand their product range
- Manage complaints, and track and trace for lost orders.
- Other administrative tasks as required
ABOUT YOU:
- Sales background, retail or call centre or on the road all ok!
- Knowledge and passion of fish or aquatic life
- Motivated and driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Licence and car is a MUST to get to this location.
THE PERKS:
- Salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (depending on experience)

- Monday – Friday role (8.30 – 5) with only the occasional weekend or public holiday work.
