Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D team to achieve strategic goals
- Drive innovation and ensure the development of cutting-edge products and technologies
- Manage the R&D budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D activities with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with research institutions and external partners
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the R&D team
- Ph.D. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role in research and development
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
