ABOUT THE ROLE.
An opportunity for a Design Manager or Senior Project Lead to step into a fast-paced, results driven role. You will have the opportunity to see the product of your work become an significant part of Australian cities, and manage all design related activities in consultation with all project stakeholders
DUTIES.
- Liaise with construction team, relevant engineers and consultants and ensure a smooth process for construction
- Working with in house documentation team to deliver multiple projects
- Managing process and ensuring timely delivery of projects and documentation
- Preparing project briefs and reviewing project scopes/fees
- Ensure projects are properly costed at all stages of design development to ensure they are delivered on budget
- Ensure quality design which respond to market demands and reflect sales departments requirements
- Liaise with internal management for necessary approvals/sign-off at key milestones
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 10+ years experience in an Architectural role
- Class 2 Multi-residential or large scale complex project experience is a must
- High Revit proficiency preferred, but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage teams of up to 8 staff
