My client is looking for a Product Owner / Agile Business Analyst who embodies a balance of strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and technical understanding. As you champion a T-shaped skillset across the team, you'll:- Drive Informed Decision-Making: Make swift, data-driven decisions while fostering deeper analysis to pre-empt downstream impacts and boost efficiency.
- Balance Empathy and Challenge: Champion your developers' needs while pushing the team to excel; articulate complex solutions clearly and address issues proactively.
- Cultivate Accountability with a Growth Mindset: Encourage a culture where owning both successes and learnings drives the team toward the product's ultimate vision.
- Demonstrate Technical Fluency: Ask insightful questions that anticipate problems in QA, improving delivery outcomes through your deeper understanding of software development.
About you:
I am looking for someone who possesses a dynamic blend of key behaviours essential for driving success in an agile environment. In this role you will help cultivate a T-shaped skill set within the team, encouraging members to consider the broader implications of their actions and to think horizontally as well as vertically.
You will have a proven track record of elaborating requirements and prioritizing user stories, with experience in writing quality acceptance criteria in BDD format. Additionally, you would have had experience in guiding development teams without dictating solutions, fostering collaboration, and validating value delivery.
