The Role:
Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our busy Trailer shed team in our Coffs Harbour depot.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Tradesman with repairs & rebuilds
- Trailer repairs / fibreglassing duties
- Equipment repairs - loading bars, rear bar assemblies
- Keeping workshop clean and organised
- Performing physical tasks including lifting and reaching
To be successful for this role applicant must have:
- Prior experience working in a workshop environment using power tools.
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Teamwork focus and have a positive attitude
- Pass a company medical including drug and alcohol test
- Modern and state of the art vehicles and equipment
- Join a safety focused organisation.
- Ongoing support and on the job training
