Role Title: Business Analyst | Transformation & Operating Model
Duration: Initial 6 month engagement
Location: Sydney
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in transformation and operating models. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic impact and change within the organisation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of academia and consultancy, contributing to impactful initiatives that shape the future of the institution at an enterprise level.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Director and key stakeholders to conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and strategic analyses
- Drive change management efforts by identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions
- Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and operating procedures
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions
- Provide business-focused insights and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience working on enterprise level operating model transformation programs
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in geographically dispersed locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership teams
- Solid understanding of operating models, change management principles, and project management methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Certifications in Scaled Agile and Lean Six Sigma are highly advantagous
