Talenza has been engaged to source two strong Senior Business Analysts for an ongoing transformation within a financial services organisation
Required experience:
- 5 + years experience within banking as a Business Analyst
- prior transformation experience (within banking)
- prior operational process improvement experience
- regulatory, compliance (checks) change and risk experience
- strong functional BA experience
- agile experience
- excel, jira, confluence
- candidates who are keen to add to the team culture and learn

Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office is required
Contract and day rate: Initial 6 month contract with likely extension, and up to $900 + super per day.
Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights
