Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a minimum 6-month temporary contract assignment with the opportunity to extend for the right person. This role will be working within a large in-house recruitment team reporting to a Talent Lead.Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and understand talent requirements
- Support the design and implementation of position descriptions
- Provide talent advice and support to interview panels
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are in line with compliance
- Ensuring EEO practices and guidelines are followed
- Developing recruitment reports and metrics
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:- Experience across end-to-end recruitment
- Customer-focused attitude
- Well demonstrated organisation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably government experience
