Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting delicious meals
- Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking and Customer service
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Experience in kitchens and food preparation (including events)
- Previous management experience is advantageous in applying for our Sous Chef role
