Description:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fantastic sales team based in Townsville. Your responsibilities will be to look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your sales territory.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from the Sales Manager, Business Manager and the Sales Team.

In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:

  • Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
  • Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
  • Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales

You will have skills and experience including:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to source new business and customers and leveraging existing relationships to increase sales
  • Experienced in working with CRM Systems, Google systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Ability to cold-call & plan to sales territory
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence
  • Overnight travel to Cairns required (once per month)
  • Able to travel to regional areas as sales opportunities require
