We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to work nightshifts providing support to residents at our Bethanie Elanora AgedCare Facility located in Bunbury.

Bethanie Elanora in Bunbury is an81 bed facility located close to the beach, offering some of thebest aged care facilities in the area along with secure dementiacare on site.

You will support our residents to improve their quality of lifeby assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety andwellbeing is maintained while building positive and professionalrelationships with residents and team members.

Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support weprovide to residents. Applicants with at least twelve monthsexperience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

We have the following rosters available : Roster 1 Week 1 : Monday and Thursday 10pm - 7.15am Week 2 : Monday and Wednesday 10pm - 7.

15am Roster 2 Week 1 : Wednesday and Thursday 10pm - 7.15am Week 2 : Wednesday and Thursday 10pm - 7.15am The Role Assess care plans and ensure residents' needs are met Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect Ensure residents' rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard About You Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) Previous experience working in an aged care or hospital environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well as a team, and also independently Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Working with BethanieAt Bethanie we are committed to being anemployer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionateenvironment for our people, customers and residents.
