Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted plans to effectively engage with key stakeholders across various channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Lead the development of compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing materials, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Track and critically evaluate the performance of campaigns and communication initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on project management, consultation, and developing comprehensive strategies.
- Strong understanding of best practices, including marketing, communications, and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
