The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager you will be assisting the team with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Receive, enter and edit sales orders received via phone, e-mail, or walk in into SAP system in a timely fashion
- Assist with inbound and outbound sales liaison and support to existing and prospective wholesale customers
- Help support general Reception duties including but not limited to daily mailing and banking and filing
- Processing of Warranty claims and credits using SAP
- Able to assist other team members with customer product queries in relation to order placement, accuracy of data, back order status and substitution availability
- Strong customer service experience
- You demonstrate a ''can do" attitude, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- You are computer savvy ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate mathematical skills
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position
