This is a Recruitment Pool for suitably qualified Registered Nurses covering:

Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

The following should be noted:

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.
  • Interviews may not be conducted as part of the process however applicants may be contacted to provide additional information.
  • Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.

Position Profile: We are seeking highly motivated nurses to join the Bunbury Hospital Emergency Department. Bunbury Hospital is country WA’s busiest hospital, with the ED seeing over 40,000 presentations per year. We are also the South West’s Regional Resource Centre making us the point of difference outside tertiary care. Our service covers both adults and paediatrics, including complex trauma, surgical and medical presentations and we have recently implemented a dynamic ambulatory care stream. We invite both experienced ED nurses and those looking for a career in emergency nursing to apply to this exciting opportunity.

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care for patients within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse, and provide clinical supervision for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and students.
