Our client offers a range of positions tailored to your experience and qualifications:
Junior Accountant (1-3 years experience)
- Degree qualified or in progress.
- Limited client contact, with guidance on straightforward matters.
- Reports directly to a Manager or Senior Accountant, working under the guidance of senior staff.
Intermediate Accountant (2-4 years experience)
- Degree qualified (if undertaken) or equivalent practical experience. CA degree (or equivalent) may be in progress.
- Increased client contact, dealing with straightforward queries and providing basic technical advice with support from senior staff.
- Works independently on small clients/individuals and takes on basic review work.
- Reports directly to a Manager or Senior Accountant, with the opportunity to delegate tasks to junior staff.
Senior Accountant (3-5 years experience)
- Degree qualified (if undertaken) or equivalent practical experience. CA or CPA completed or in progress.
- Responsible for all aspects of client management, including queries and technical advice, with support from senior staff as needed.
- Works independently on medium-sized clients and reviews work from junior team members.
- May operate as a Client Manager, working independently on all client aspects with limited support from Partners.
- Reports directly to a Manager and works independently with limited guidance required.
- Delegates tasks to junior staff, provides guidance and mentoring, and supports the Manager in managing the team.
