3 month temp opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join this recognizable organization based in Alexandria.

About the roles:

An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a dynamic and Friendly FMCG business based in Alexandria on a 3 month temporary contract. Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be managing customer accounts, collection payments, reconciling accounts and liaising with partnering departments.

The responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
• Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
• Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts
• Liaising with sales team in regards to overdue payments
• Work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Assisting in credit projects when required.
• High volume reconciling

The successful applicant:

• Have at least a year of experience in an Accounts Receivable position
• Experience with different accounting platforms
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• An ability to be firm but fair when dealing with our accounts
