About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Marketing, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the Marketing and Corporate Communications function. You will be involved in finance support, including the reconciliation of invoices and raising of purchase orders, as well as the processing of vehicle expenses and assistance with transportation and logistics for marketing events.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the key resource for SAP administration, including creating purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and liaising with Finance on prompt payment of invoices
- Reconcile purchase orders and invoices, and undertake monthly reporting as required
- Manage the processing of vehicle expenses for the Marketing and Corporate Communications team, including transportation and logistics support
- Support and contribute to a range of marketing and communications projects as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, with proficiency in managing your time and priorities
- A quick learner with an aptitude for acquiring new skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
