Tennis For Kids is a fun, innovative and professional organisation focused on growing tennis at the grassroots. Our mission is to help develop the next generation of tennis citizens. Children who grow into adulthood loving to play tennis and continue to engage with tennis for life!

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced tennis coach who enjoys working with primary school aged children and is wanting the security of a full time or permanent part time role.

• Remuneration $60,000-$68,000 for a FT role (dependent on experience)

More about the role:

• A full-time role would include 25-30 hours per week on court with the remaining hours spent doing off-court supervising or doing administrative tasks.
• Hours of work would be Monday to Friday: 7am-8.30am and from 3pm-7pm approx. (Saturday options also available)
• The ideal team member loves working with children and has the ability to coach Red, Orange and Green Ball Hot Shots lessons with the capabilities to also take on Yellow Ball teens/adults, in both group and private sessions.
• The successful candidate will have energy burn, so that the lessons delivered are full of fun as well as learning.

What the role requires:

• Drivers license and access to your own transport
• Reliability, punctuality and a desire to a valued member of the TFK team
• Excellent communicator with great people skills
• Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Coaching qualifications preferred but coaching experience prioritised
