- $93k - $111k inclusive of Super + Salary Packaging (salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)

Duties
- Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised goals.
- Provide direct speech pathology services in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays preferred but not essential
- Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in navigating digital systems and utilising technology
- Current drivers' licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided)
