A temporary full end to end Accountant position seeking a start ASAP this week in the Northern suburbsYour new company
Our client located in the Northern suburbs requires an Accountant with full end to end experience to start mid-to-end this week ideally in an initial temporary assignment capacity.
This may be a temporary role for 1-2 months, however there is a potential prospect that the role could go long term based on performance.Your new role
As the Accountant you will be responsible for;
- Journals, bank account, credit card and debtor reconciliations.- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- BAS and tax tasks
- Budgeting, cashflow management and AP/AR duties
- Ad hoc accounting tasks as required
- Reviewing payroll (not processing).
- Using Xero system and Excel
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Xero system experience is essential
- Be available to commence this position before Monday 22nd April 2024- CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal and external contacts
- Experience in the full end to end accounting process
- Strong attention to detail
- Full commitment to the initial short-term temporary period
