OUR CLIENTA reputable and well established Residential Builder creating a large footprint in QLD require a skilled Structures Foreman with experience on high rise projects. This company delivers Luxury Residential High Rises.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Manager, as a Structures Foreman, you will commence employment delivering high end apartments. You will be responsible managing and guiding sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and at the highest quality. You may be required to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend works.
DUTIES
- Manage site safety and WHS
- Coordinate trades and sub-contractors
- Read and interpret site plans
- Ensure time restraints are adhered to
- Liaise with Clients and Consultants
- Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
- 3-5 Years exposure as a Foreman on commercial or residential high rise projects
- Trade or Tertiary Qualified in a Building related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
- Proficient in reading and interpreting site plans/drawings
- Award winning Residential Builder
