Well-positioned in the local market this is the perfect time to join their residential division in Perth under the guidance of a respected Director/Licensee.

The Position

• End to end management of 90 apartments
• 6 monthly routine inspections, instead of quarterly
• Less maintenance due to apartment management - no houses
• No MA renewals
• Excellent support with one on one training

The Candidate

• This position would suit an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to step up or an already Junior Property Manager
• WA property management registration, or state equivalent
• Reliable and dedicated self-starter
• Corporate presentation, along with excellent communication
