Your New Role:
You will join a dynamic team, as the Store Manager, focusing on seizing every opportunity to drive sales and service through providing personalised customer service.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting role that offers the chance to make a real impact on the business while developing your own skill set.
- Collaborating with your team to tick off all the retail operations to do list, training your team and keeping up to date with the newest products and collections.
- Going above & beyond to create & maintain long lasting customer relationships.
- Promoting a positive workplace where everyone is excited to come to work and be a team player.
- Inventory and stock operations, visual merchandising, rostering, reviewing sales as well as KPI management.
- Exposure to retail management and leading a team within a fast paced environment, where customer service is a little more personalised and does involve styling and making recommendations to your customer!
- A go-getter, who encourages collaboration within the team. You will be extremely positive, energised & hands on.
