About the role
As a Presales Associate, you will provide support to the presales team and contribute to the overall sales process. You will primarily assist with gathering information, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders and work with the Head of the company and Senior Solution Architects to develop your skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering information, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute successful sales campaigns.
- Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a college or university with a focus in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Ability to gather and organize information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in using basic sales tools, such as CRM software and office productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service orientation and willingness to assist customers.
