DescriptionOrganisational Development and Wellbeing Officer, People & Culture Sydney Campus Full-time Continuing Opportunity
- Support the delivery of professional development and wellbeing training, processes, and events.

- Level 6, $96,577 to $104,553 pa (Sydney) + 13.75% Superannuation
- Coordinate, administer and support the organisation and delivery of both face-to-face and online OD & HSW training, induction and events including:

- Organising logistics such as booking venues, catering, and equipment.
- Scheduling and maintaining training calendars, communications, and invitations.
- Organising attendance of programs, training materials, recording training completion and issuing feedback surveys.
- Monitoring and maintaining training completion and producing reports.
- Monitoring HSW training registers and schedule training for individuals in identified roles (e.g., HSR, First Aid)
- Arranging the payment of invoices and tracking the processing of invoices and contracts
- Coordinate, administer and provide advice on OD policies, procedures and processes including:

- Study Support including Financial Assistance, and Family Study Discount.
- Career Development Fund.
- Induction, including compliance learning modules and face-to-face orientation sessions.
- Employee Awards
- 360o survey feedback process administration.

- Manage OD in-boxes and respond to first level queries, providing advice, guidance and coordinating referral/advice on complex queries.
- Draft communications, update website content, user guides, FAQs, fact sheets, posters, and notice boards.
- Relevant qualifications in HR and/or extensive relevant experience in HR and/or learning and development, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Experience in administering an online Learning Management System or HR Information System
- Excellent attention to detail, including time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and to work under pressure to deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to identify, analyse and solve operational problems.
