The position

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the Delivery Manager will coordinate the program backlog and related activities to support the Engineering Managers and other key stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives according to the program schedule and technology strategy.

  • Proactively find ways to improve internal processes in the Delivery, Technology and Data team.

Vendor Engagement and Integrations:

The successful candidate

Here’s some of the things we’d like you to bring:

  • Proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, clarify priorities, and communicate complex information.
  • You can balance seeing the big picture, paying attention to detail, and understanding the commerciality around deadlines.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, both verbally and written, to proactively engage with stakeholders and report effectively.

  • Capability to facilitate workshops and discussions across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and addressing potential challenges in delivery processes and adapting to changes, managing risks and dependencies.
  • You have some experience as a business or system analyst and can lean on these skills.
  • Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, aligning backlog with program objectives and defining scope.
  • Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
