Description:
Newly created role for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365). This will be the implementation of the financial modules.
Ideally you will have delivered a project like this before, but working on the implementation of a different ERP will also be fine (SAP, Oracle, Pronto etc).
Similarly, the sector is Financial Services, so if you have operated as a business analyst is this domain that that will be a bonus also.
Skill set / Experience needed -
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on a Financial ERP implementation (ideally MS D365).
- Strong technical competence - understanding of platform configuration.
- Data analysis - comfortable using SQL.
- Experience working as an interface between key business product owners, key stakeholders and the technology specialists.
- Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) through the project life cycle, adhering to project governance and the implementation process.
- Facilitate workshops and elaboration sessions with SMEs.
- Create user stories that clearly document the business requirements.
- Provide analysis on configuration of applications versus a requirement for development / customisation.
- Involvement in story card estimation, configuration, troubleshooting issues and providing systems support.
- Change Management expertise.
- Perform unit testing, systems testing and post implementation verifications (when required).
- Document and maintain system specifications, solution designs and other documentation using approved standards (including Jira & Confluence).
- Prior experience working within the Financial Services domain (beneficial).
3 days in office / 2 days WFH.
