About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin and English, you will handle general enquiries and account applications and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
- Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly.
- Handle new account applications and client onboarding processes.
- Database management, updating existing accounts based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to fulfill client needs.
- Offer comprehensive client support, covering technical, operational, and trading aspects.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
- Experience working in financial services
- 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience
- Collaborative team player
- Exhibits calm demeanour and excellent at handling complaints
- Must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
