Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with Freight Forwarding experience to join a dynamic team in Sydney.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, utilizing your expertise in freight forwarding to address their needs effectively. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and possess a strong background in freight forwarding, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Utilize your expertise in freight forwarding to assist clients with their shipping needs, offering solutions and guidance as required.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments, resolving any operational issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.

Your Experience Should Look Like:
3+ years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of shipping processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in freight forwarding operations - beneficial if used CargoWise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
