Our esteemed client, a top-tier global company, is eagerly seeking a skilled receptionist / administrator to join their dynamic team.
About The Role
You will be the first point of contact at our corporate offices and ensure our visitors and callers feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a brilliant first impression as you welcome all guests to the office - ensure all sign-in and security measures are met whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing incoming lines of enquiries over the phone and emails; directing calls to the correct contact and providing accurate information when possible to support enquiries.
- Monitoring and maintaining data in a confidential manner.
- Database and admin management.
- Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required.
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Organising couriers, stationary and any other office needs.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with general office duties, i.e. Creditors, Debtors, Filing, data entry.
You will be a motivated Receptionist accompanied with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and great presentation standards.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining focus under high-pressure circumstances
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to learn
- Must be able to work
