Site-based HR Business Partner role for mining owner/operator. Are you seeking a residential opportunity within the mining sector?
This position is based an hour and a half south of Perth and will require relocation or current residential address within an hour of their location.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the entire workforce in a generalist capacity.
Duties will include:
- Supporting workforce planning
- Providing coaching and development to line management surrounding performance management, grievance and disciplinary management
- Leading case investigations
- Providing advice and interpretation of the legislative framework and industrial tools
- Supporting and coordinating the annual cyclical functions, including performance review and remuneration review
- Facilitation of required training
- Liaising with the corporate human resources team and subject-matter experts to provide efficient and timely responses
- Talent management and succession planning
- Implementation of HR initiatives to ensure best practice
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously with exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You must reside close to site or have the ability to relocate with your own accommodation.
