Description:
As an EL 1, you will put your program management and policy skills to good use supporting the Minister, Secretary and Senior Executives to provide oversight on the progress of the reform agenda, analysis and advice regarding risks, managing the secretariat of two engagement forums delivering reform, building and maintaining relations with colleagues, both within the department and with other agencies and manage multiple competing streams of work and respond quickly to changes in direction.
As part of this role you will help negotiate bilateral targets with the states and territories, and draft content and supporting guidance material for the new project or other reform activities.
You will have great opportunities to contribute your ideas to these important reforms and ensure a smooth level of program management is undertaken.
