Applications are open for Enrolled Nurses to join one of our leading hospitals within East Metropolitan Health Services (EMHS). We are looking for Nurses who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of people in our community.

If you have at least six months experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an area of Medical (including Rehabilitation), Surgical or Mental Health speciality, then we want to hear from you. Enrolled Nurses may also be required for Maternity services at Armadale Health Service. Enrolled Nurses that have experience in other areas will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.

If you are seeking diversity of experience by working across a range of differing specialty wards/areas, you can work in the Royal Perth Bentley Group’s (RPBG) centralised permanent Corporate Nursing Pool. This pool of nurses covers staffing shortfalls for mainly short term to medium-term periods.

Royal Perth Hospital - Western Australia’s longest-serving tertiary hospital and state adult trauma centre, located in the Perth CBD, offering a variety of medical, surgical and specialty services.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time, and Casual appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

This recruitment pool will be open until 12 August 2024 and the following should be noted:

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications throughout this timeframe and will assess on a regular basis.
  • Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool and appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur within any EMHS facility.
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 15 September 2024

Eligibility and Equality

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector. Applicants must hold Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
(AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse – Division 2, General (or be eligible to apply). Please refer to the
