Job Description : Myer is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities : 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.7. Contribute to a positive team environment and provide support to fellow team members.
Requirements : 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation.2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs.
3. Demonstrated ability to innovate and provide creative solutions to customer problems.4. Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
