Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Representative at Transurban Group in Perth, Western Australia.
As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who exhibits resilience, strategic planning skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities : 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.5. Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
6. Monitor customer feedback and trends to make recommendations for improvements to our online platforms and services.Requirements : 1.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.2. Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations.
3. Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex problems.4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
